On 29th August 2022, the esteemed doctors who are members of the prestigious Dr. Hahnemann Homoeopathic Medical Research Association graced the manufacturing plant of B Jain Pharmaceuticals at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. This wonderful opportunity gave them the chance of being able to witness firsthand the beauty of homoeopathic manufacturing at its finest.
They observed the methods by which all Mother Tinctures are made using strict Dr. Hahnemann principles along with filtration by the authentic mode through Whatmann membrane filter paper. They even paid special attention to the containers marked as “Under Ageing” which is a specialized method that B Jain Pharmaceuticals follows for the enhanced results of its tinctures. Next they visited the Syrups section followed by The Dilution section. At the Syrup Section they learnt about the Stringent line clearance that is followed for each batch before the next one is taken for production. Single line production was also explained to them in brief at this stage. Some of them even noticed how the batch being prepared was clearly mentioned on boards placed in vision in all production areas that effectively avoids cross contamination as well as provides a clear and confident production environment for the workers. A few of the doctors entered the clean room to change into double gowning and enter the production areas which were equipped with epoxy flooring & hepa filters to provide a clean environment for the production of homoeopathic medicines. The ointment section was next with Skookum chuck ointment being made at the time which was admired by the visitors for its packaging and non-contact filling. In the tablet section, they tried a few biochemic tablets and noticed how they immediately dissolved within seconds of being placed on the tongue. They also visited the printing area to witness the well demarcated area to differentiate between different packaging materials.
On the first floor they saw the Globules section, with a variety of globules being made in both the hard and soft variety. They then went to the Finished Goods section where they appreciated the bar coding that was mentioned on all products making the entire process so transparent and traceable. The Quality Assurance department was next where they verified the Batch Manufacturing Records and noticed the intricate details such as persons involved in the manufacturing also mentioned on them. The Quality Control department gave them an insight of the equipment used for testing and the various modes of checks that are conducted at B Jain Pharmaceuticals. Dr. G.S. Soni, Hony. President of the association, thanked Factory Manager Mr. Subodh for his warmth and welcoming nature and remarked at the marvel of the procedures followed at B Jain Pharmaceuticals under the leadership of Mr. Nishant Jain, to bring safe, effective and traceable medicines for its users.
