We are looking for a result-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team at B. Jain Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end sourcing of raw materials and packaging components essential for our Ayurvedic and Cosmetic product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing: Procurement of Ayurvedic herbs, essential oils, and specialized cosmetic packaging.

Vendor Management: Negotiating pricing, credit terms, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

ERP Operations: Managing Purchase Orders (PO), GRNs, and accurate PPI entry.

Logistics: Tracking Inbound and Outbound shipments to ensure zero production downtime.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 2–5 years in Cosmetics, Pharma, or Ayurveda sectors.

Software: Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) experience is highly preferred.

Skills: Strong negotiation and advanced MS Excel skills.

Communication: Professional fluency in English (Written & Verbal).

Key Responsibilities:

 Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive primary and secondary sales targets across assigned regions/zones/national markets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and improve market penetration.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales teams.

  • 5–8 years of experience in Homeopathy / Pharmaceutical sales
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a team-handling role
  • Experience with companies such as Dr. Reckeweg, SBL, Schwabe India, Bakson’s, Allen Homeopathy, Willmar Schwabe, Haslab, B. Jain, or similar pharma/homeopathy organizations

 Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)

  • 8–12 years of experience in Homeopathy / Pharmaceutical sales
  • Proven experience managing multi-state teams
  • Exposure to reputed homeopathy/pharma companies preferred
